Is a procedure carried out at the first appointment?
The first visit is a consultation and assessment. Once suitability has been assessed, the procedure may be carried out at the same appointment or planned for a separate one.
What should I bring?
Your identity document, a list of the medicines you take regularly and any recent test results are enough.
How do I change my appointment?
Let the practice know by telephone or on WhatsApp during opening hours. Early notice lets the slot go to another patient.
How is my information kept?
The name and telephone number sent through the form are processed only to handle the appointment request. The details are set out in the data protection notice.
