Data controller

The controller's registered legal title and its VERBİS registration, where applicable, will be added before this notice is published.

Personal data collected

The appointment request form collects only the following:

• First and last name
• Telephone number
• Procedure of interest (optional)
• Preferred appointment day (optional)
• A short note you wish to pass on (optional)

No health data is collected

Conditions, medicines, symptoms and similar information are special category personal data under article 6 of law no. 6698 and are not collected through this website. They are taken only during the consultation, in person and by the physician.

Please do not write health information in the note field.

Purposes of processing

• Receiving your appointment request and confirming it by telephone
• Organizing the appointment schedule
• Contacting you about the outcome of your request

Legal basis

Your data is processed on the basis of article 5(2)(c) of law no. 6698, as directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and article 5(2)(f), the legitimate interest of the data controller; and, where you tick the consent box on the form, on the basis of your explicit consent under article 5(1).

Transfers

Your personal data is never transferred, sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data may be shared, only to the extent the service requires, with the website hosting and message delivery providers used to pass on the appointment request. Transfers to public authorities legally entitled to receive them are reserved.

Retention

Data relating to an appointment request is kept for the periods prescribed by the applicable legislation after the request has been concluded, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Your rights

Under article 11 of the law you may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information where it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Turkey or abroad
• Request correction where it is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request deletion or destruction within the conditions set by the law
• Request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
• Object to a result reached solely by automated analysis that works against you
• Claim compensation where you suffer loss through unlawful processing

You may send requests concerning your rights to the practice in writing or by telephone on 0216 606 77 48. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest.

This notice was updated on 20 September 2026. It is revised whenever the way the site processes data changes.
